My content drastically changed when I became a BTS ARMY and j-hope biased in late 2019. I always make sure to add my personality to my videos through my distinctive style of editing, commentary, narration, reaction memes, and more.
Each video has a specific story for my viewers to enjoy and not just some random clips stitched together. I also help new fans know more about BTS, especially j-hope, by sharing with them some new and old facts, presented in my own special way.
I also make videos that would tickle the audience's imaginations. I offer them alternative scenarios that would make them laugh, cry, or even make their hearts flutter.

Hobi Being The Perfect Role Model | BTS j-hope
Hobi is someone who genuinely loves his job. You could even feel his passion through the screen.
Hobi's work ethic is highly praised in the industry. He is the first one to arrive on set to do the preparation. And he's the last one to leave to review the performance.
It is rare to see celebrities with Hobi's superstardom status exert extra effort as he does. On top of that, Hobi is such a dream to work with that staff members use his name as a compliment.
That popular clip of Taehyun was the first thing I thought of when I saw the next clip. Hobi made the photographer's job so much easier as he gave him more variety than he asked for. Because of those extra shots that Hobi did, Rockin' Eve was able to upload a super cool post on IG. As if that wasn't iconic enough, Hobi is very polite and kind to the people he works with.
Being a member of the biggest boy group on the planet and a successful solo artist, Hobi could easily skip all the small steps. But he prefers to work as if he just debuted. IU even revealed that Hobi was the first one to use her show's practice room. IU admitted that she hadn't used the practice room since the beginning of the show. As expected, IU and her staff were very impressed by Hobi's work ethic.
Hobi doesn't believe in shortcuts. If you want to succeed in your goal, you have to work hard for it. He even used his break to work on his English. And used his waiting time to rehearse his lines.
Because of Hobi's modesty, we seldom know about his hard work. Thankfully, BTS is here to remind us all about it.
Despite his busy schedule, Hobi would always find time to show his appreciation. I mean, he personally signed his JITB giveaways when he could easily have them printed.
Hobi had always been hardworking. His high school teacher confirmed his "Golden Hyung" title.
Hobi knows how to balance work and self-care. Don't you just wish that Hobi had a personal channel to share his daily routine with us? Lucky for you, we have a coltnava exclusive Hobi vlog.

I’m curious how J-Hope got the nickname Hobi - where did it originate? I figured if anyone would know it would be you!
If my memory serves me right, it came from his stage name j-hope. If you noticed, they usually add "i" or "ie" at the end of their names when they call each other (example: Jiminie, Taehyungie, Jungkookie, etc.). Since Koreans have a hard time pronouncing the letter "p", they ended up turning it into "b." So instead of calling him j-hopie or Hopie, it became Hobi. Hope you got my very confusing explanation. 😅
@@coltnava11 thanks for the explanation, makes sense. Also good to know about how Koreans struggle with letter P. As I listen to Koreans speaking, it often sounds to me like they’re swallowing some letters instead of saying them. It’s a subtlety of the language that as an American I struggle to duplicate when I’m trying to learn or hear Korean words.

One thing I also find very impressive about Jhope is how he always want to improve and learn new things even though he is already at the top. He was so humble in his documentary Hope on the Street, challenging himself by meeting great dancers and learning from them. That's why he really is a role model.
